Go to www.luckyvoice.com/account/settings (you may be asked to log in if you aren't already).
In the top right hand corner, there will be a "Your membership" button. Click on this.
You will see your subscription details here. Click the red "Cancel subscription" button if you're sure you want to cancel.
You will then be guided through cancelling your subscription
If you cannot see the "Cancel membership" button, most probably:
- you have already cancelled membership linked to the email address you are currently logged-in with
- you have signed up for it using different email address or with a spelling mistake (try logging in with any other email address that might have been used on the website, failing that - drop us an email at email@example.com)
- you have signed up for it on the app (in which case please follow: http://bit.ly/1dfbCXH)
