Unfortunately as your subscription has been set up via iTunes, we are unable to directly access your account to close and / or refund.
- Head to https://getsupport.apple.
- Click 'Billing & Subscriptions'
- Click 'Subscriptions & Purchases'
- Click 'Billing or payment error'
- Click 'No thanks, continue'
- Then Apple will call you within 2 minutes and will be able to directly access your account to close and process a refund.
