Problems closing my App account

If you are experiencing problems accessing or closing your App account, please follow the instructions below.

Unfortunately as your subscription has been set up via iTunes, we are unable to directly access your account to close and / or refund.

- Head to https://getsupport.apple.com/
- Click 'Billing & Subscriptions'
- Click 'Subscriptions & Purchases'
- Click 'Billing or payment error'
- Click 'No thanks, continue'
- Then Apple will call you within 2 minutes and will be able to directly access your account to close and process a refund.
