If you can play only 30s of songs, this means your membership has been suspended because of failed payments linked to your current or previous subscription. This may have happened because your credit card expired, which can be easily updated in your account settings.
To update your details click on your name on top of the page and then go to your membership settings or use the below link:
If you were charged recently, but still cannot play full songs, it's possible that the membership has been set up under different email address or there is a spelling mistake in it.
