I have been charged after I cancelled my membership

If you received a confirmation email after cancelling your subscription and still got charged, this could mean that there was more than one membership linked to your name and credit card details (please try logging-in using different email address).
However, if you never received the email confirming that you are no longer Lucky Voice member, then most probably you haven’t completed the cancellation process which ends with a short survey. Please log-in to your account and check if you can play full songs. If so, then please follow the instruction here to cancel your membership here.
