Firstly, please make sure that there is only one active subscription set up under your name by checking if you can play full songs logging-in with different email addresses that you might have used on our website.

If that’s not the case, we are always more than happy to reassure you, so just drop us an email at feedback@luckyvoice.com with all the information we need (any other email address you might have used on the site as well as the last four digits of the card that got charged together with the date of the last payment).

We will then investigate what happened.
