I pay monthly, but cannot sing online!

Please always make sure that you are using the right browser. Our web site works best with the latest versions of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. 
If that's not the case, then most probably:
 
1) You set up more than one account and the one you've logged-in with does not have a membership.
2) We couldn't charge your credit card and the membership has been temporarily suspended (update your payment details here: www.luckyvoice.com/account/update-payment-method)
 
Please check if:
1) You can log-in using a different email address.
2) The credit card you used to start the membership has expired. If so, then you can change it in your membership settings.
